In terms of Charles law explain why\[-\text{ }273\text{ }{}^\circ C\]is the lowest possible temperature?

    Answer:

    According to Charles' law \[{{V}_{t}}={{V}_{0}}\left( 1+\frac{t}{273} \right)\] At \[t=-273{{\,}^{{}^\circ }}C\] \[{{V}_{t}}={{V}_{0}}\left( 1-\frac{273}{273} \right)=0\] Thus, volume of gas becomes zero.
