      How can the consumer use his Right to Information when he is not satisfied with the service he gets?       

    Answer:

                      The consumer has the Right to Information about the services provided by the government. He/she can complain and ask for compensation of replacement of the product, if it is proved to be defective. Consumers can complain and ask for compensation in case of wrong information or promises. The consumer can file an application using the RTI Act that keeps us informed about progress of any work and makes the government departments answerable.
