                  Yes, I do agree with this statement that it is the responsibility of consumers to be careful while buying. Consumer movements can be effective only with the consumers' active involvement. Consumers should purchase quality marked products such as ISI, Ag mark, Hallmark, etc. Also , they should ask for cash memo for the items purchased whenever possible. Consumers should know their rights and exercise them. They should make complaint for genuine grievances. When we as consumers become conscious of our rights, we will be able to discriminate and make informed choices.
