Why are a large number of people forced to enter the unorganized sector jobs?

                The organized sector offers jobs that are most sought after. But the employment opportunities in the organized sector have been expanding very slowly. Many organized sectors also refuse to follow laws that protect labourers. Therefore, a large number of people are forced to enter the unorganized sector of jobs which pay a very low salary.
