                    Organized sector: (i) In an organized sector terms of employment are regular and people have assured work. (ii) They are registered by the government and have to follow rules and regulations. (iii) Workers enjoy job security. (iv) They get benefits like paid leaves, provident fund, gratuity, etc. (v) If they work more, they have to be paid overtime. (vi) Medical benefits are provided too. Unorganised sector: (i) Jobs here are low-paid and often not regular. (ii) They are outside the control of the government and do not follow any rules and regulation. (iii) Jobs are insecure in this sector. (iv) They do not get such benefits as taking leaves means losing wages. (v) They have to work extra, but no payment is made for that. (vi) No medical benefits are given.
