               Given lines are not perpendicular i.e., \[a\ne -b\]            Checking for parallel lines, \[\frac{a}{h}=\frac{h}{b}=\frac{g}{f}\]            \[(3x+4y+6)(3x+4y+1)=0\Rightarrow \frac{9}{12}=\frac{12}{16}=\frac{21}{28}\]            Hence lines are parallel.
