    Solution :

          \[Q-2P=\frac{12}{25}\]  \[\Rightarrow \] \[\frac{3}{4}-\frac{12}{25}=2P\]  \[\Rightarrow \]  \[2P=\frac{27}{100}\]  \[\Rightarrow \]  \[P=\frac{27}{200}\] \[\therefore \]   \[P+Q=\frac{27}{200}+\frac{3}{4}=\frac{177}{200}\]
