Explain why we cannot remove a filter paper from a funnel by blowing air into its narrow end.

                Refer to Fig. When air is blown into the narrow end of the funnel, the velocity of air in the region between the filter paper and the curved wall of the funnel increases. This decreases the pressure. The filter paper gets more firmly held with the wall of the funnel. So it is not possible to remove the filter paper from the funnel by blowing air into its narrow end.
