    Solution :

    Multiples of 6: 6, 12, 18, 24......... Multiples of 8: 8, 16, 24, 32......... The minimum common multiple is 24. So they would have cycled at least 24 km each i.e. Raj cycled 4 laps of 6 km and Shiv cycled 3 laps of 8 km.
