What is nuclear fallout? How can it be reduced?

    Answer:

The nuclear explosion is accompanied by the emission of penetrating radiations like X-rays, ultraviolet rays, \[\alpha \]-particles, \[\beta \]-particles, \[\gamma \]-rays and a large number of radioisotopes. All these radiations and particles constitute nuclear fallout which is very harmful to the living beings. The fall out can be reduced by carrying nuclear explosion deep inside the earth, that also in deserts.
