Today on the occasion of 'World Health Day', I, Sameer Chaudhary will
speak on the topic, 'Work Your Way to Health'.
I would like to express that 'Health is Wealth'. We all need to
understand that physical exercise is a must.
Swimming, dancing, cycling and yoga are the ways to stay healthy. Walking
is by far one of the easiest ways to bum calories, because it requires no
equipment, costs nothing and is safe and fun.
Also, any physical activity is good for health.
It reduces the risk of health problems like obesity, joint pains and even
heart attack.
Let's do physical exercise everyday to live a happy and healthy life.
