    : For fundamental frequency of closed pipe: \[{{n}_{c}}=\frac{v}{4{{l}_{c}}}\] For fundamental frequency of open pipe \[{{n}_{o}}=\frac{v}{2{{l}_{o}}}\] Since\[{{n}_{o}}={{n}_{c}}\] \[\therefore \] \[\frac{v}{2{{l}_{o}}}=\frac{v}{4{{l}_{c}}}\] or \[\frac{{{l}_{o}}}{{{l}_{c}}}=\frac{2}{1}\]
