    Solution :

    : Flux\[(\phi )=4{{t}^{2}}-4t+1\] \[\therefore \]\[\frac{d\phi }{dt}=8t-4\] At\[t=1/2,\] \[\frac{d\phi }{dt}=\frac{8}{2}-4=4-4=0\] \[\therefore \]Induced emf \[=0\] Hence induced current = zero.
