    Solution :

    Maximum tension \[=\frac{m{{v}^{2}}}{r}+mg\] \[3.7\times 10=\frac{0.5{{v}^{2}}}{4}+0.5\times 10\] \[\Rightarrow \]               \[v=16\,m/s\] \[\therefore \]  \[\omega =\frac{v}{r}=\frac{16}{4}=4\,rad/s\]
