    A mature plant cell, contains protoplasm, cell wall, large central vacuole, it also contains starch grains, oil drops, etc. These  are non-living cell inclusions. The vacuoles  are clearly seen in enlarging of cell and not in young cell. When the cells are mature the small vacuoles are fused and form a large central vacuole in protoplasm.
