    Solution :

    At steady state, solenoid current is given by \[{{I}_{0}}=\frac{E}{R}\] Given:   \[{{I}_{0}}=\frac{E}{R}\]\[R=10\Omega \] \[\therefore \]  \[{{I}_{0}}=\frac{10}{10}=1A\]
