    Solution :

    \[{{v}_{rms}}=\sqrt{\frac{3RT}{M}}\] Given,  \[{{v}_{{{O}_{2}}}}={{v}_{{{N}_{2}}}}\]                 \[\sqrt{\frac{3RT}{{{M}_{{{O}_{2}}}}}}=\sqrt{\frac{3R\times 273}{{{M}_{N}}}}\] \[\therefore \]  \[\frac{T}{32}=\frac{273}{28}\]                 \[T=\frac{8}{7}\times 273=312K\]                 \[T=312-273={{39}^{o}}C\]
