    Solution :

                    From Biot Savants law magnetic field at                 point R due to a straight wire \[B=\frac{{{\mu }_{0}}}{4\pi }\frac{i\,\Delta \,\sin \theta }{{{r}^{2}}}\] but         \[\theta =0\] \[\therefore \]  \[B=0\]
