    By Gauss' theorem \[{{\phi }_{E}}=\int{{\vec{E}}}.d\,\vec{S}=\frac{q}{{{\varepsilon }_{0}}}\] \[{{\phi }_{E}}\propto \int{dS}\] \[\therefore \]  Flux will also doubled, ie, \[2\phi \].
