    Potential \[V=\frac{Q}{4\pi {{\varepsilon }_{0}}r}\] Given, \[Q=5\times {{10}^{-8}}C,\frac{1}{4\pi {{\varepsilon }_{0}}}=9\times {{10}^{9}},R=0.1m\] \[V=\frac{5\times {{10}^{-8}}\times 9\times {{10}^{9}}}{0.1}\] \[=\frac{450}{0.1}=4500V\]
