    Solution :

                    Let\[\frac{a}{3}=\frac{b}{7}=\frac{c}{8}=k\]                         (say) \[\therefore \]  \[s=\frac{18}{2}k=9k\] \[\therefore \]  \[\frac{R}{r}=\frac{abc}{4\Delta }.\frac{s}{\Delta }=\frac{s.abc}{4{{\Delta }^{2}}}\]                 \[=\frac{9k.168{{k}^{3}}}{4.9k.6k.2k.k}=\frac{7}{2}\]
