    Solution :

    An astronomical telescope consists of two converging lenses one is objective lens and other is eyepiece. In relaxed eye state of telescope, length of telescope tube is given by                 \[{{L}_{\infty }}={{f}_{o}}+{{f}_{e}}\] Given,   \[{{f}_{o}}=2\,\,m,\,\,{{f}_{e}}=0.05\,\,m\] \[\therefore \]  \[{{L}_{\infty }}=2=0.05=2.05\,\,m\]
