     Hypothalamus which is a part of diencephalon in forebrain is considered, to be thermoregulatory   centre hence, called as thermostat of the , body. It provides anatomical connection between nervous system and endocrine systems by its relationship to the pituitary gland (i.e., neuroendocrine role) and controls growth and sexual behaviour. Hypothalamus is also associated   with   behavioural   activities, respiration and heart  beat. It also possess the centres of appetite, thirst and satiety. Cerebellum is the part of hind brain and is second largest part of the human brain. Cerebellum maintains posture and equilibrium by controlling rapid muscular activities such as running, typing and even talking. Spinal cord is the posterior part of central nervous system which runs mid-dorsally within the vertebral column. Spinal cord is the centre of spinal reflex action.
