     The nasal chamber of rabbit has three chonchae, ie, nasal bone (dorsal most), ethmoid bone (middle) and maxilla bone (ventral most). The ventral wall and most of the lateral and medial walls towards the ventral side of nasal  passage is lined by ciliated columnar epithelium,    comparised   of   ciliated epithelium cells and many goblet cells. This epithelium helps in conditioning of inhaled air.
