    Solution :

     \[\theta =\frac{l}{r},\theta =1\min .\] So, \[\theta =\frac{1}{60{}^\circ }=\frac{\pi }{180}\times \frac{1}{60}rad\] and  \[l=3m\] \[\therefore \] \[x=r=\frac{l}{\theta }\] \[=\frac{3}{\frac{\pi }{180}\times \frac{1}{60}}=10\,km\]
