     Tyloses are balloon like structures develop from xylem parenchyma. These tyloses block the passage-of xylem vessels and ray parenchyma So also called as tracheal plug. These tyloses block the continuity and flow of water which leads to death of elements of heart woods. Collenchyma is a simple permanent tissue which is made up of isodiametric or elongated living  cells  having  unevenly  thickened pectocellulosic non-lignified primary walls It works as living mechanical tissue. This tissue is found in hypodermis ofdicot stems and petioles. Phloem cells: Phloem is a complex permanent vascular tissue, which conducts organic food in the plant body. It has four types of phloem cells ie, sieve tubes, companion cells, phloem parenchyma and phloem fibres.
