     Here \[\frac{{{P}_{1}}}{{{P}_{2}}}={{\left( \frac{{{r}_{1}}}{{{r}_{2}}} \right)}^{2}}\] \[\frac{{{P}_{1}}}{{{P}_{2}}}={{\left( \frac{1}{2} \right)}^{2}}\] \[\frac{{{P}_{1}}}{{{P}_{2}}}=0.25\]
