    \[[{{H}^{+}}]=\alpha \times N\] \[{{10}^{-7}}=\alpha \times 55.5\] Molarity of water = normality                                 \[=55.5\]                 \[\alpha =\frac{{{10}^{-7}}}{55.5}=1.8\times {{10}^{-9}}\]                 \[=1.8\times {{10}^{-9}}\times 100\]                 \[=1.8\times {{10}^{-7}}%\]
