    Torque \[\tau =\frac{\overrightarrow{dL}}{dt}=0\]                    Then      \[\frac{d\overrightarrow{L}}{dt}=0\]                                       \[\therefore \]  L= constant                     So, if torque is zero, then angular momentum will be constant.
