    \[\frac{g}{g'}=\frac{{{({{R}_{e}}+h)}^{2}}}{R\,_{e}^{2}}\] \[\frac{g}{g'}=\frac{{{(2{{R}_{e}})}^{2}}}{R\,_{e}^{2}}\] \[\frac{g}{g'}=4\] \[\Rightarrow \]\[g'=\frac{g}{4}\] \[=\frac{10}{4}=2.5\,m/{{s}^{2}}\]
