    Acetic acid is a weak electrolyte, therefore, it obeys Ostwalds dilution law \[[{{H}^{+}}]=\sqrt{{{K}_{a}}\times c}=\sqrt{(1.8\times {{10}^{-5}}\times 0.1)}\]                 \[=\sqrt{(1.8\times {{10}^{-6}})}\]                 \[=1.34\times {{10}^{-3}}M\]
