    Solution :

    Angular velocity\[=\frac{\Delta \theta }{\Delta t}=\frac{2\pi }{60}rad\,\,{{s}^{-1}}\] \[=\frac{\pi }{30}rad\,\,{{s}^{-1}}\] Reason: A second hand makes an angle of \[2\pi \] (i.e.,\[{{360}^{o}}\]) is one minute, (i.e.,\[60\,\,s\]).
