President 3-Nation Visit: Completes Final Leg In Zambia, Returns India

 President Ram Nath Kovind has returned to New Delhi after three African nations tour of Equatorial Guinea, Swaziland and Zambia. Mr Kovind and his Zambian counterpart Edgar Chagwa Lungu laid the foundation stone of Lusaka traffic Decongestion Project. The cost of the 93-km road is 289 million dollar India is providing 250 million dollars. The project will be completed in three years. This project is aimed at redesigning the major road network for Lusaka city with a view to reducing traffic jam, travel distance and saving fuel.
