Sub: Complaint regarding e -reservation.
Sir/Madam,
This is in reference to an e-reservation dated 10th December 2016 for Kalavati Express (Train No: 13352), from Allepey to Vishakhapatnam.
Fifty employees of my company were to travel on that train, for which a reservation was made. When they got into the train, they were asked to deboard saying their names were not on the reservation chart, even after showing the copy of the e-slip that was generated by the website. We had to provide them with flight tickets, so that they could participate in the conference, resulting in double loss for the company.
I request you to provide me with an immediate refund, failing which I shall be compelled to go to the Consumer court.
