Why do you think we need the government to find solutions to many disputes or conflicts?  

Answer:

We think judiciary is also a vital organ of the government. The Legislature makes laws, the executive implements the same and judiciary keeps on eye on how are the laws being implemented by the executive. In absence of the government it would have become impossible to maintain law and order in the country.
