Answer:

1.The garbage is collected once in a day, in the early morning in my locality. 2. It is not the same in all parts of the city because : (i) Municipal corporation does not have enough number of workers. (ii) The households throw the garbage on the streets. (iii) The vehicles are parked on the roadside making it difficult for the .workers to clean the city.
