7th Class Science Winds, Storm and Cyclones

  • question_answer 1)
What are cyclones? How are they formed?

    Answer:

Cyclone is an area of closed circular fluid motion, rotating in the same direction as the earth. They are formed when water vapour changes back to liquid by the release of heat. This heat warms air around and it rises to move up and more air rushes to the vacant place. Thus, a cycle is formed which have very low pressure and very high speed of air.
