Hello! My name is Olivia. This is my puppy. My puppy is called Tom. I love it very much. I love to play with it. My mother takes care of Tom very well. She gives it good food.

Tom will grow up soon.

In a sentence we cannot use a noun many times. We can use pronouns. Pronouns are used in place of nouns.

Personal pronouns- Some pronouns are used for persons. For example: She, he, they, we, etc.

Demonstrative pronouns- Some pronouns are used to point out to objects. For example:

This, that, these, those, etc.
