If a file or folder has been deleted by mistake and Recycle Bin has not been emptied, then that file or folder can be restored or got back. (See Figure 3.8.13)    

 

 

 

*    For this, perform the following steps:

  • Double click Recycle Bin icon on the Windows Desktop.
  • Select that file or folder that you want to Restore and press the mouse button.
  • Now click File menu and select the Restore option. The file or folder you specified will now be restored at the original place.
