Distinguishing Between Facts and Opinions

 

In these section, we will differentiate between facts and opinions. We will also try to find out whether an or any opinion follows the given facts. Some examples are given below to give you a clear understanding of the various types of problems asked in Olympiads, also in various competitive examinations.

 

1.            Three sentences are given below you have to identify which sentence is a. fact and which is opinion.

·         No new taxes are proposed in the revised budget.

·         The country has a balanced economy.

·         The country has a surplus.
