    Answer:

                      Pancreas functions both as endocrine as well as exocrine gland. Hence, it is called as dual function gland. Exocrine part of pancreas secretes digestive enzymes   and   endocrine   part   (islets   of Langerhans) produce two hormones namely insulin and glucagon.      (2)
