    (i) Influence all over the country. Limited in region based.
    (ii) Take national as well as international issues. Interested in promoting regional/state interest only.
    (iii) Has to secure at least 6 % of the total votes in the Lok Sabha elections or Assembly elections in four states and win.at least four seats in the Lok Sabha. Has the secure at least 6 % of the total votes in an election to the Legislative Assembly of a state and win at least two seats in the state Assembly.
