    Cost of each tie = Rs. 10 \[\therefore \] Cost of 3 ties = Rs. 10 \[\times \] 3 = Rs. 30 Total cost of 3 ties and a pair of trousers = Rs. (30 + 72) = Rs. 102 Amount given to cashier = 3 \[\times \] Rs. 50 = Rs. 150 \[\therefore \] Change Mr. Ravi would receive  = Rs. (150 - 102) = Rs. 48
