Directions: Five persons are sitting in a row. One of the persons at the extreme ends is intelligent and other one is fair. A fat person is sitting to the right of a weak person. Information given in the question that one of the two person at the extreme ends is intelligent and other one is fair, suggests two conditions as shown in fig. (1) and (2).         Information that a tall person is sitting to the left to the left of fair person rules out the possibility of fig. (1) as no person in fig. (1) can sit to the left of fair person Therefore, only fig. (2) shows the correct positions of intelligent and fair persons. Now rest -of the information regarding the position of other person can easily be inserted .The final ranking of their sitting arrangement is as shown in fig. (3).
