    Solution :

    In statement (D)," As a" is there. It means for some reason there is less friction. This reason is mentioned in [C] that "due to atmosphere gets thinner". So D always follows C. We get CD. Now in (A), "However" is there must be conflicting statement before it. Hence A follows B.                         So we get BA. Now there are two possibility either "CDBA" or "BACD". For selecting one between these two options we read statement [6]. Definitely statement D makes meaning before 6 but A don't. Therefore our sequence goes BACD.
