    Solution :

    Length of rectangular park \[=(3{{x}^{2}}+2x)\,m\] Breadth of rectangular park \[=(2{{x}^{3}}-3)\,m\] Area of park = length \[\times \] breadth         \[=(3{{x}^{2}}+2x)\,(2{{x}^{3}}-3)=(6{{x}^{5}}+4{{x}^{4}}-9{{x}^{2}}-6x)\,m\]For  \[x=3,\text{ }6{{x}^{5}}+4{{x}^{4}}-9{{x}^{2}}-6x\] \[=\text{ }6\times 243+4\times 81-9\times 9-6\times 3=1683\] Hence, area of park\[=1683\text{ }{{m}^{2}}\]
