How the deep disputes are resolved in the Democracy?

    Answer:

The "Deep dispute of democracy" arises when the existing institutions like Parliament and judiciary themselves get involved in the dispute. For this dispute the resolution has to come from outside, from the people, i.e., political organisation's and spontaneous public participation.
But the spontaneous public participation becomes effective with the help of organised politics. These include political parties, pressure groups and movement groups.
