    Solution :

    Total rose production \[=(15+12.5+12.45+20+12.4+22.5+22.4+25)\]\[\times 1000=142250\] Now, 10% of total production \[=\frac{14225\times 10}{100}=14,225.\] Obviously, Haryana, Karnataka and Rajasthan contribute less than 10% in the total production.
