    Facts Varun is extremely fond of watching TV and co tantly asks his father to supply him with one in his room, but his father doesn't agree. Varun goes to a shop selling TVs and asks the owner-Praveen-to sell him one. Praveen asks for his age and Varun manages to convince him that he is in fact 21 years of age. He then buys the TV from Praveen on credit and proudly takes it home.
    A week later, when Praveen realizes that Varun has no capacity to pay him for the TV, he sues. Praveen and his father for the loss he suffered
