    Let the outer circle be R and inner circle be r. \[2\pi R-2\pi r=66\] \[2\pi (R-r)=66\] \[\Rightarrow \] \[2\times \frac{22}{7}\times (R-r)=66\] \[\therefore \] \[R-r=66\times \frac{7}{22}\times \frac{1}{2}=\frac{21}{2}=10.5\,\text{m}\]
